HOW ARE YOU FEELING TODAY?

I watched people laugh with their friends are writing on the wall, were they trying to impress others? Some were alone with the wall - I watched some write on the wall, others just looking over, watching the development with me. I enjoyed how someone offended, and created this kind of controversy. Some take it as a joke, abused the wall, others worried about the effect of it. The effect they had personally due to the wall? Or the effect onto other passers-by? Has this to do with maturity or ignorance?

Some people felt the need to write boldly over others, does this consequently mean that they're a confident person? Maybe that's the only time they ‘spoke’ that day. 

Creating controversy - worrying about inappropriate drawings or phrases. Another layer of interactivity, even if you're not engaging with it first hand, awareness and opinion still make you involved in the piece. I expect a lot of ‘dicks and tits.’ I already had a prejudice expectation of the kids at college. Yes, most of the phrases weren’t spelt properly; using the wrong ‘your’ then later it being corrected by somebody else. Or spelling ‘horny’ incorrectly with the additional ‘e’ -  doesn't quite have the same effect. You're looking for it aren't you? Overall it wasn't as ‘bad’ as I thought.

Even if it does look really rubbish, and it's purely just a load of randomness created by teenagers, there's another layer of engagement. You're reading it trying to figure out some of the hidden words and drawings, why? To find something offensive to complain about? Searching for something a little rude so you can feel disappointed in the people who engaged, consequently enabling you to feel more mature and aware of life.

By gathering all sources from the piece, one day could be seen as a documentation of our time which historians could maybe even pin down to the month because of the meme references to political mimics. This is an individual piece that could never be replicated, as subjective representation of Tuesday 23rd of March 2021. Had I have given people this outlet on the day before or after, it is likely that I would have seen very different results. People have written or drawn the individual expression of that day, whether it be a phrase stuck in their head or an inside joke, it's subject to the forever changing environmental factors.
